Our Workshop & Site Capabilities
WAHAT AL-BANAA CO. maintains fabrication facilities for manufacturing required components, as well as laydown yards for the storage of steel and equipment. Our procurement organization sources globally and maintains on-site inventory to minimize downtime and keep projects on schedule.
Our asphalt site covers a total area of 180,000 m² and contains multiple specialized facilities operating simultaneously — from asphalt production and sub-base material to concrete casting and road maintenance services.
Asphalt Site Facilities
Our 180,000 m² asphalt production site in Basra operates six concurrent facility functions, making WAHAT AL-BANAA a self-sufficient contractor for any road or civil project.
Asphalt Production & Paving
Full asphalt mixing, production, and paving using VOGELE SUPER 2100-3 pavers (3 units, 186 HP, German-made).
Sub-base Material Production
Produces Type A, Type B, and Type C sub-base aggregates for all road and civil projects.
Cold Milling Works
Professional cold milling for road surface removal, rehabilitation, and pavement recycling operations.
Road Painting & Traffic Furnishing
Road marking, lane painting, and full traffic safety furnishing using Broce Broom 350 sweepers.
Concrete Production & Casting
On-site concrete production and all casting works and services to support civil and structural project requirements.
Road Repairs & Maintenance
Bitumen injection (30kW, 500L capacity), patch repairs, and ongoing road maintenance services.
