INDENT no :ENG 42-26 

Iraqi Oil Tankers Company, one of the Iraqi ministry of oil establishment, announces to quote your prices for the supplying of the said items in the attaché requisition according to the following terms:

1- offers must be signed & stamped  and must be in sealed envelopes (technical & commercial) with indent number mentioned on the envelopes  and  should be submit to Iraqi Oil Tankers company headquarter (foreign purchases committee)  

2- for the foreign companies authorizing forma is required which should be authenticated and stamped by

    a- Ministry of foreign affairs in the country where it has been issued.

    b- Iraqi embassy.

    c- Iraqi Ministry of foreign affairs. 

3- The materials must be genuine.

4-The last appointment to receiving of the offer will be on  SUNDAY   26/4/2026 at 14:00 P.M.

5- Kindly state the following in offer:

6- if the purchasing is delay  , a daily fine will do as the following formula for requisition under contract price only :

                               (  total offer amount  )

one day fine = -------------------------------------------------------------  X 10%

                           ( delivery time +- any adjustment )

 a- unit price

b- Country of origin

c- Delivery time & offer validity

D- mention full address, phone number, email

               By acceptance of the offer

 1- IOTC will be issued purchase order and will be informed the supplier via the address mentioned in offer.

2- Supplier must obliged by delivery period

3- Payment 100% after receiving and inspection the spare parts in IOTC warehouse.

4- Supplier must advise original certificate of origin COO And COC .

5- a contract will be sign when the price of accepted offer more than 43000$.
